The seventh edition of Monterosa Gourmand is approaching, the event that combines street food and show cooking, which this year changes its appearance!
On Sanday 1 September a selection of chefs and producers from Aosta Valley will gather along the central street of Champoluc, at the foot of Monte Rosa, to offer dishes cooked with the highest percentage of local ingredients at km0. The road to Champoluc will be the destination of an unforgettable journey into the world of flavors and km0 products of the Ayas Valley.
Monterosa Gourmand is also an opportunity to get to know the producers and artisans with their products, transforming Champoluc into an open-air food and wine tour for one day.
